Pros

Flexible hours.Once your job is complete, you can leave. If you need to stay longer another day,you may.

Cons

I would have to say that as far as management goes, this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. There seems to be a lot of contradictory statements and lack of knowledge on behalf of management. I believe that this is because of the lack of business knowledge that has trickled down from the corporate higher ups. As a full time associate, my hours have been reduced to 20 hours because the company has went over budget by allowing ALL (full and part time) associates to literally work as many hours as they wanted during their 'training' time. This completely baffles me because any person would know that a company must follow a budget from beginning to end. With hours being cut, projects have nearly tripled in addition to multiple project surveys that must be completed after each project. I know, I know, 5 simple surveys is not a major deal. however, if the survey is 30+ questions that must include pictures for each question,it becomes very time consuming and annoying. As a current employee seeking opportunities in my field (I have a Masters degree) or a better position in the meantime,I cannot recommend this company. I can honestly say that as soon as the former or latter happen,I will jump ship without notice or in the form of a text message, which seems to be a more popular form of communication between field associates and managers.

Pros

weekends and evenings off that is it.

Cons

company keeps on adding more and more work with no extra incentive for employees. They are lining their pockets not ours.

Pros

*Early morning shifts allow you to have the rest of the day for a second job. *For the most part you get to manage yourself on the job. *Don't have to worry about sales quotas and goals.

Cons

The biggest complaint I have is the work load keeps increasing and the hours keep getting cut. I started with 35 - 40 hours and am now at 15. Having to help customers because there are no store associates around adds to the frustration of trying to get the daily chores done. Management is friendly but lack knowledge. When I went to training the trainers didn't know the answers to a lot of the questions.
