Thanks for leaving a review. We’re glad to hear you like your team members and that you enjoyed our training program. We’re sad to hear of the challenges you highlighted, however. Regarding pay, we have a compensation structure with the intention to provide a stable base salary and a commissions plan to help motivate our team members to work hard and earn even more than their base as they achieve. We have many folks at Angi who have had great success under this structure. We also believe that our employees are at the center of our success, and although we aren’t perfect, we try our best to help our teams feel valued.
