Hello and thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your colleagues and other benefits while at Angi. We'd like to address some of the comments you have made. We are often challenged (as are other companies) to meet the right staffing levels needed to run our business effectively and efficiently. We had to make a very small number of difficult decisions over the past year in order to meet the needs of the business. These decisions are made only after a lot of consideration and are never taken lightly. In regard to recruitment goals and HR staffing, we believe we set goals and expectations that are challenging but achievable. Many individuals have been very successful in our environment, including those with significant tenure at Angi and we've had numerous internal promotions in recent years.
