Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you're not satisfied with your compensation plan currently. We encourage you to reach out to your manager to have a candid conversation around expectations and level setting. We think our compensation plans are fair and competitive. We want our salesforce to feel confident in the work they do and the sales they land - we wish you continued success at Angi and/or elsewhere.

Pros

I love being able to help our non-English-speaking clients! Helping them understand the platform and the tools that are available to them to help them succeed. I have an amazing team that is always quick to answer questions or help while I am out of the office. My manager is knowledgeable, an amazing communicator, and a good coach. He always has my back when I need assistance and always clear when I need to adjust or learn.

Cons

the struggle was not having enough reps to spread the work out, not having the same resources other reps had for their accounts (marketing emails, contracts, phone prompts, pardots/emails, lack of supervisors able to take on escalations, lack of reps in the other departments able to speak Spanish). We found ourselves serving not only as reps but as translators outside of the job description just to provide the minimum help to our service providers. We do feel valued. But quite often, we were burnt out and spread too thin. A lot of time was spent trying to assist others, and it affected our commission, our metrics, our work load, and the depth in which we could reach all of our accounts.

Thanks for your feedback - your insight is valuable and clearly comes from a perspective of wanting to improve the overall business while also making people feel supported. If you haven't already, please reach out to your manager and make your suggestions directly to him/her. We certainly want to avoid burnout and avoid spreading employees too thin. We're open to feedback around how we can make improvements particularly with regard to bilingual employees and customers. Again, great insight - thanks for your candor.
