Thanks for leaving a review. It's discouraging to hear that your experience here for the past year has been poor. Should you be experiencing issues with your manager that are affecting your day-to-day or motivation towards your role, we encourage you to speak with HR immediately so they can work towards a solution. We would like to learn more about your unique experience and hope you take the time to connect with another manager or HR so we can help create an environment for you to thrive. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

Maybe working from home to save on gas and that is it.

Cons

Soooo many. You start noticing in training that people start to disapear really quick once they find out what you are doing. Cold calling contractors that are pissed because they kept getting calls from us. They have a bad reputation with contractors. As soon as you tell them where you are calling from they cuss and hang up. They micro manage you all day, you have to make 150 calls and have 2 hrs. talk time. The only way you get a sale is that out of all the calls you make you find someone that has never heard of you and they sign up. They charge the contractors for leads that they send to other contractors automatically everyday. So the contractor gets multiple charges for leads that they dont bid on. They all say they are to busy with work now to take on anymore. When I quit the manager called me and tried to scare me back into the job because he gets paid commission if I make it through training...... They train you to be mean and talk over contractors. Horrible way of doing business with someone.

We appreciate your time spent on our sales team and are sorry to learn about your experience while employed with us. In the last year and a half our brand was transformed into Angi and we are still in the beginning stages of establishing this brand to both consumers and service providers. We're proud of the new product offerings we've made available for service providers who sign up for our services and for the talented sales representatives who help create tailored solutions for them. Like many inside sales roles in the industry, high call volume is a primary component of the role which is clearly communicated throughout the recruitment process. While this is not for everyone, we have initial and supplemental training available to help guide new representatives through this process. We're disheartened to learn that your training experience did not lead to a thriving career on our sales team and wish you the best in your next venture. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy
