Pros

Good experience if you are new to sales. Opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

Compensation plan is often changing. Vision for the company is cloudy. When we went remote they didn't provide any stipends or benefits that many companies now offer. The base compensation is insulting for any real sales professional, you can literally make the same in the fast food industry. Rigid company structure with many holes in the communication chain, so there is no broad cohesion in any meaningful way. Driving top talent away- it almost feels like a company strategy at this point.

The culture is amazing. There are people there making good money however I was not one of them. I feel like the leads were over recycled which made it harder to sell in my opinion.
