If you’re motivated, positive, and genuinely don’t mind talking to narrow minded people, you could make so much money here. You’ll have a high amount of dials (150 minimum) and low contact rate. When you finally get one, you’ll be compensated pretty nice for it. It’s not hard to be good at the job and easily make six figures, but it takes work. Prospecting will definitely help you hit six figures easily. The company itself is good, the culture is good, pretty mentally draining working from home, but if you’re used to inside sales, you’ll probably like it. The audience you’re reaching out is the only cruddy thing about the job.

Cons

Your clientele is awful. Most of the people you’ll call will cancel without trying the service out and you get a good chunk of your paycheck based off revenue. To an extent it’s within your control, but sometimes they’re too ignorant or stubborn to listen to you actually try to help even when you have good intentions. Higher ups could definitely use more diversity too.

Benefits are great, inclusion and diversity are majorly encouraged, and support systems abound—a technology-driven company with tangible goals and ideals in mind.

Cons

Pay hasn't scaled with the market, but supposedly this is being reviewed. Senior Management seems to operate from a top-down perspective, especially when it comes to questions about pay, raises, bonuses and perks.
