      Constantly changing priorities

      Pros

      Good pay, encouraged to take PTO, smart engineers and product managers. Modernizing tech stack and opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Priorities change constantly, even mid sprint. Company stock has been all over the place and not improving much.

      Follows remote first principle. And Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Too many directional changes during my tenure. Not consistent. You only RSU's while joining the company, nothing there after.
