      Waste of a year of my life

      Pros

      Monthly and quarterly events to placate the work force

      Cons

      Needed 3 years customer service to even be considered for an interview. NO opportunity for growth or progression. Expected to work nonstop to a point EXCEEDING burnout for minimum wage. Put into a sales campaign that "isn't sales" just to get away with no commission. Liars when it comes to company profit as evidenced by the mass redundancy just announced without giving any of those made redundant any notice and letting them go effective immediately. Absolutely do not waste your time or mental health

      Talented people, rudderless company

      Pros

      Average to above average compensation for the industry Talented coworkers at Director level and above Plenty of opportunity to work on impactful projects Great work / life balance

      Cons

      There's a significant lack of a cohesive company culture and constantly changing strategy, probably due to instability at leadership positions. Very difficult working cross-functionally since there is little effort to align goals across teams. They style themselves as a tech company, which isn't really true. Its an old business model with a mish-mash of outdated platforms built on top.
