The culture here is amazing. I have have had a wonderful group of supervisors and managers that have supported my growth since day 1. If you have the desire, they will teach you anything you want to know about sales or the home improvement industry. There is amazing compensation opportunities. For the most part you can make a very, very nice living here.

Cons

Sometimes when they make adjustments to the commission structure it is not very good until they go back and adjust it. At times It seems that changes are made to directly inhibit our earning potential.

Cons

You get out of this job what you put in, You make a lot of calls. If you're not willing to work hard you won't make it. On the other hand, if you put in the work you can make a lot of money.

> The people: I love my team! > Impact: Seeing how my contributions directly impact the company's success and strategic objectives is rewarding. > Trust: Once I demonstrated my capabilities, I found a significant level of trust and autonomy in my role, allowing for real ownership and initiative. > Learning: Angi has invested in my development, with regular offsites and financial support (reimbursement) for continued learning and tuition. > Analytical: The company is very data-driven.

Cons

> There has been a lot of change within the last few years, and for a while, it didn't seem like Angi had the best path forward. The new CEO has a solid plan, and the company is headed in the right direction with momentum. > My target bonus is a relatively small portion of my total compensation.
