Pros

Exempt employee's receive great benefits, have great resources, and it is 100% remote with potential for hybrid work in a few cities with hubs.

Cons

Culture can be toxic. Overworked and underpaid looking at salary averages for same roles in the same cities. Upward growth is difficult, and leadership can be very protective of each other more so than their employees.

great work/life balance, great management and coaching, good career path and opportunities for advancement, great pay and benefits, unusually great culture, values diversity and inclusion, very understanding to parents with special needs children

Cons

Can be stressful and lots of change, but that can be a good thing.

Excellent training program Trainers Managers treatment of all staff equally Remote job Good leads and favorable commission structure Great benefits Generous PTO Opportunities for advancement Teams are very helpful Fun culture and environment Streamlined processes to make things easy

Cons

Cannot think of any OT is only for best reps and not everyone Some managers have you sit in Zoom all day

Regarding overtime, please note that OT is managed based on specific business needs and legal requirements, which may not always be visible to the broader team.
