We appreciate you leaving a review and providing us with your feedback! We're proud of our benefits package and learning opportunities that provide our team members with the skills for long term success. With that said, we know hitting metrics can be tough sometimes and are always available to provide support to our team members so that they can benefit from our uncapped commission opportunity. Thank you for sharing your experience and we wish you the best!

Pros

I have flexible hours compared to others in the organization 40 hours/week

Cons

- no OT ever in our area, and the pay is not good asked to take on additional roles without additional compensation as they eliminate other roles within our division. -work/life balance is fine minus that they dont pay a livable wage and our only paying half what other companies do for similar roles

Pros

Remote work and the opportunity to make a lot of money. You also don't need a degree to get hired.

Cons

A lot of questions and concerns will go unanswered or ignored. It's a dog eat dog world and they don't hide it. It feels like 4 weeks of training and then you're pretty much thrown in expected to adapt which for those who have experience in the sales industry this can be easier but those who are new to the industry this will be tough and hard to get used to. If you are a master at sales and know how to manipulate people then you'll be great here! The dog eat dog world mentality can be very discouraging especially if your questions and concerns are dubbed, if you are new to the industry or job just prepare yourself! I call it legal conning.

Thank you for leaving a review, we are glad you enjoy the remote work environment. We recognize that Sales can be difficult and demanding which is why we prioritize training to ensure that our team members understand what our expectations are and are set up for success. We’ve been thoughtful about our compensation structure, which provides a solid base pay along with the opportunity for uncapped commissions. Selling our product can be challenging, but your hard work can lead to significant rewards! Thank you for your feedback, we understand that our work is not done and we will continue to invest in the development of our teams.
