Pros

-uncapped commission -pleasant atmosphere on sales floor -job can be 'hacked' and pretty much anyone can make sales if they do the work and listen to manager

Cons

- performance goals are extremely important to job security. basically have to hit monthly 6 week target or you are history -typical call center / cold calling job -as any inside sales job it can be a slog

Pros

Work from home opportunity that is the only pro

Cons

Must be live on zoom all day, chasing the other sides of the company for the same pro to sign up, deception is how you sell pros well management states it’s just “being creative” only the top 5% of the company is making good money and are fed exclusive pros to sign up. No work life balance very eat to burn out. And they quietly fire chucks of the workforce so they don’t draw attention to themselves in the news.
