Pros

Free food, some great people,

Cons

Too top heavy- they keep adding SMD's. Unrealistic expectations. Some of the Managers are horrible- they need to learn how to treat employees. It's a sad place to work. The company is really run buy the NY office- CEO is just a front and really doesn't care about what happens to employees. These negative reviews are true people!

Pros

Good people exist here, but they're hard to find

Cons

4 and 5 star reviews are written by the company; if the best thing you can say is that there’s free snacks, then something is very wrong. Massive diversity issues exit that are truly alarming. It’s almost 2020 and some are treated with a stone age mentality; don’t work here if you are a minority!! You’ve been warned. The voluntary turn over is out of control due to narrow minded and short sighed management; poor communication, poor selection of ‘leaders’. I got tired of watching good people being driven out due to bad management decisions. It didn’t feel like a focused company, but more like a hodgepodge of knee jerk reactions.

Pros

Some good people who want to do the right thing

Cons

Too many to list, but much of negative reviews are true. Many former FTI don’t know what they are doing, especially on the operations side. Experience depends on what group you are in. Most managers have no true management experience. Extremely cliquey. If an SMD, you won’t be held accountable AT ALL; everyone else, treatment depends on if you want to brown nose constantly and what demographic you are in. Example, if you're an md who contributes next to nothing each week, and not being asked to join major projects, then monopolize conversations by talking about yourself and who you know because that's all you can do. You’ll get promoted instantly. All other types, good luck.
