Supervisors upper management pay treatment lack of material management tells you that whatever you need just go to your supervisor and they'll get it for you but that is a bald-faced lie they tell you what you want to hear in your face and then never give you what you need to be safe took me 2 years for them to finally get lights for night flagging

I've never been a part of something so insane as my time at Ansco and Associates. Other departments outright refuse to do their jobs, and when you call them they just laugh and you can hear them watching netflix in the background. Yeah I am not going to do my job, what are you gonna do about it? I was forced to taken on the role of a half dozen other people, and then screamed at when I didn't do their jobs fast enough on top of my own responsibilities. I even tried to take it up with the director but it only fell on deaf ears. Constantly screamed at to do work other departments were responsible for, rather than have them do their own work. Clueless and incompetent upper management. I have no clue how this big broken machine can continue to exist with so much insanity and dysfunction.
