Upper Management Does Not Care About Employees!

None! Management talks a good talk but doesn't care about employees. Everyone has a crew number and there is no loyality.

Cons

Upper management consists of a bunch of arrogant bullies who would have no sole or morals. They get mad when you resign and give them a two week notice but will turn around and lay off good employees 5 minutes before they walk out the door. Also, no work life balance and reduced vacation time to include sick time, personal and bereavement.

There aren't any, run if you are offered a job, what looks good from the outside is a lie.

Cons

They treat employees bad and moral is low. Pto is horrible. 5 days a year to the backbone of your company is sad. Moral is low and they are very old school. They do not believe in work life balance and treat employees terribly.
