Pros

I like the job but major improvements are needed. The job is flexible. You can work from home and get it done.

Cons

1. Management is passive aggressive towards you. As someone who battles with anxiety that made me have panic attacks even off the clock. 2. If you request a day off they will ask you to work extra hours on other days to accommodate the day you're taking off. 3. Training is lack luster. You watch "training" videos asked if you can do it then they just throw you in there. The job is really not that hard but if you don't have the answers to the questions the caller is asking and you need a minute to locate the right answer this counts against you. 5. Quality Assurance Evaluations needs improvement. No matter if the call is 50% with automatic fail or 100% please let the agent listen to both. Its disheartening only being given your failed calls. At least hearing your good calls and taking notes on what all you did right will guarantee the agent to replicate that moving forward. Only hearing your failed calls makes you feel like you you're not good at the job and is disheartening.
