It's remote and some contracts provide scripts.

Cons

Unprofessional leadership, unorganized and embarrassing to have endured. No one follows up and you're redirected to random people. When they're the ones who offered me a contract and failed to place me on the site. I had to advocate for myself in order for them to provide me direction. Businesses need to establish an effective method to lead their workers. Without it, they're doomed to failure.

Large, diverse environment for learning IT related systems. Fantastic technical team. End users are polite and respectful.

Cons

No promotions. Minimal pay raises. Where you start is where you'll end. Be prepared for added responsibility without added compensation.
