Pros

Assignment Based Employment - It could be for 6 months, it could be for 2 years. If something gets old to you this may be a good fit. Like a new job each assignment

Cons

Assignment Based Employment - If you like to stay somewhere and get comfortable This might not be a good fit. (Example: I really enjoyed first, and third assignments. 2nd was ok, and 4th is maddeningly repetitive and to me it seems my skills are wasted there.

Pros

It’s work… Cold calling isn’t hard. It doesn’t get much more entry level than cold calling. If you just need a job, it’s a job. And you can work remotely. All that’s required is for you to call a bunch of numbers and get voice mails or get hung up on. It’s easy money.

Cons

It’s work… when they can schedule a full day. Every morning agents wait around find out what to do or take a guess and hope for the best. Sometimes you find out its not a full day, on the day. Revolving door of agents and management make for a low-quality experience. You can probably make more money taking a cashier job.
