Pros

I can't think of any pros. Anything I would have been able to say all changed after they were bought out.

Cons

The money is very low compared to other call centers. The "management" plays favorites, and are really unprofessional.

Pros

Office conditions in terms of environment are ok. Plenty of parking. Some coworkers are pleasant. Chairs, Carpeting are fairly new.

Cons

Steer clear of this company if your interested in working for a company that rewards its employees. Compensation is poor, virtually minimum wage. Raises simply are non existent. Benefits are extremely poor or non existent. Example: no employee match on 401 k. Management is sophomoric to say the least. Cameras are everywhere and your every move is monitored.
