Cons

Leads are available then you're good! Fewer breaks and that's unpaid. Sometimes's a large number of calls throughout the day. Busy Mondays! CRM's outdated.

Pros

Everyone I work with, both user and teammate, is fantastic. They are great and talented people. The team shares knowledge and helps each other out. Other departments respect us and rudeness is not acceptable. The environment is lighthearted but professional in an awesome combination. Leadership listens to the people under them, and the work we do feels important.

Cons

Sometimes interdepartmental communication is a challenge and urgent projects are dropped in our lap last minute. While most users are great and easy to work with there are a couple notable exceptions. Admittedly these feel like they are likely par for the course anywhere.
