Pros

- Adequate Pay - Remote work available on specific condition - No work outside of scheduled hours - Will probably be around for a while thanks to need for call centers

Cons

- Terrible Benefits - PTO policy is awful - Sick leave policy is awful - Mismanaged - Bloated, almost more managers than lower level employees - Not for experts/experienced workers - Restrictive in-person policies - Pay is only adequate, not great - Non-existent culture - Poor communication & training

Cons

If you are in the cool crew you are good. It's hard to get in that elite club. The trainer has a fowl mouth yet she runs the show. Everyone else is just a puppet who's strings she controls.
