- Adequate Pay - Remote work available on specific condition - No work outside of scheduled hours - Will probably be around for a while thanks to need for call centers

Cons

- Terrible Benefits - PTO policy is awful - Sick leave policy is awful - Mismanaged - Bloated, almost more managers than lower level employees - Not for experts/experienced workers - Restrictive in-person policies - Pay is only adequate, not great - Non-existent culture - Poor communication & training

Management decisions are not made based on business ethics or prioritizing what is in the best interests or fairest to their clients and employees, who are often the last consideration. Benefits are terrible.

The business model is completely outdated. The pay is terrible. Benefits are nonexistent. They "run out" of hours all the time which means no money.

No benefits Lack of hours They switch me from client to client to try and get you hours. Sometimes I only got one 8hr shift for the entire week
