Working for Aperion has legitimately been life changing for me. This is a company that practices what they preach and genuinely cares about their employees. I came from another management company where I had no work/ life balance & was getting burned out in the industry. Aperion has shown me what it means to recharge and love my job again. I no longer only put out fires, I get to be proactive with my communities and build relationships with the Boards and residents. Being a great, productive employee is rewarded with flexibility, praise, fun team events and proper time off (verses of a never ending list of new properties and responsibilities like many other management companies). They are super understanding and flexible when you properly communicate your needs. They want you to succeed. For the first time in at least 4 years, I have the ability to take time to care for myself and my kiddos. I couldn’t be happier here!

The team of people at Aperion is amazing. From the receptionist to the CEO I loved the team. Had I not moved from the area I would still be working for this company.
