If there was one thing right that happened within the company, it was making the decision to leave!

People with terrible attitude rule this place! The management tells lies, coworkers bully new hires, and customers were horrible and verbally abusive!!

Pros

There are none. Worst employer and worst PM company in Bend.

Cons

They tell community to lie to the people we are supposed to be helping. They taught us to keep complaints from the HOA boards so they think everything is hunky dory. The owner spends more time and money in self promotion than working. She hires people to post false reviews and flag the negative ones. She is a lying, fraudulent excuse for a business owner. Worst of all, property owners suffer.
