Pros

Been working in AST for more than 5 years and it feels great to be working here. HR and management are easily reachable for any assistance you need, and they listen to you. Good learning opportunities across multiple cloud technologies like OCI, Salesforce, iPaaS platforms, etc. Flexible with timings, and office/work-from-home policies. I would recommend joining AST.

Cons

Sometimes you may need to work on multiple projects and may extend your work timing as most of the customers are US-based.
