1. Great Company for who are acceptable at buttering yet little knowledge. 2. Best Company for the individuals who has friends/family members at higher administration job. 3. An Experienced resource will feel so lively "in Parties" and unlearned at work. 4. Best Functional Resources (in offshore Team) from huge organizations and little sack of knowledge. 5. Good for who wants to make future in politics.

Cons

1. Long Working Hours, no work life balance. 2. Most of the time Technical resource used to work on functional issues as well, due to ignorant functional colleagues. 3. No one takes actions on juniors' concern until they resign. 4. A big NO to experienced resources. 5. Policies for Offshore Management benefits. 6. Lot of fake reviews on Glassdoor.

Good remuneration and work from home facility.

Cons

Leadership in a specific area is biassed. When you raise a concern with Management, they do not listen to you. Nominations for awards are completely unfair and deserving candidates are discouraged. Long working hours so you will face difficulties to balance your work life.
