Great collaboration between coworkers, competitive pay, 401k, paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement. Every day you have the chance to really make a difference in a child's life!

Cons

Challenging at times to maintain a work/life balance, it is not the kind of job you can just leave at the end of the day as it is easy to become too invested in the kids progress

Work and co-workers are very supportive and make a fantastic team.

Cons

Higher management and the company its self is just out to make money. Higher management does not treat their employees well and the benefits are terrible. The therapist work really hard and they are not treated the way that they should
