It is a great feeling knowing that you are making a difference in the life of a child and their family. Great staff that really make you feel like part of a family.

Cons

It is difficult not to take your work home with you because you are always thinking about the patients and their programs.

Horrible place to work!

Pros

Earn 1 paid day after your first 3 months there. They have an employee daycare. You make a deference in kids lives.

Cons

They treat their employees like crap. The building is worn down. They hired unqualified people. Not everyone is PCM certified, which is not a good thing. No one in upper management cares about the children they only care about money. You don't want to work here.

Great place to work with many opportunities for advancement. Company cares about its employees and values support and team work. Flexible schedules are offered and pay if very competitive. Great clinical team, free CEUs, and one paid conference per year. Love working with individuals at all levels of the company. Truly great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families!

Cons

Sometimes difficult to not bring stress home.
