Pros

Employees are very friendly. Great place for learning as the career start up or new grad. This experience learning in AOI can go everywhere.

Cons

Very Asian culture and micromanage. Turnover rate is high in the company.

Pros

Because of the size and timing, new engineers can learn a lot more about semiconductor process and tools than compared to large companies. Engineers can get a lot of hands-on experience here.

Cons

You must be hard working and there is a lot of emphasis on overtime (not really a con but new engineers can sometimes be unprepared for this fact in the semiconductor industry)
