Good company to start career in semiconductor

Cons

Management is very poor. Every morning be prepared to get yelled at. HR doesn’t care about employees. Broken promises. Very low pay compared to competitors. Little too no raises are obtained yearly, no matter how great performance review is. Company may not be around in the next 5years.

This place is good for Chinese. Majority of the employee is Chinese and there are many cases that Chinese is used during meeting.

Cons

Not much to learn from seniors. All manual process since management does not invest in automating the process.
