Pros

Great opportunities and a very diverse company culture. Amazing technology and cutting edge research & development. I enjoy most of the people I work with. Total compensation is fair, great benefits. Location is great, no need to deal with traffic.

I believe it's a growing and good company only if they fire all management level people they have now.

Cons

If you are not a yes man or woman, you won't be promoted. If you are related to HR, your life will be easier at AOI.
