Pros

Nice place for someone who is just starting a career. Benefits are competitive compare with the market. Coworkers are fine. A lot of free coffee and green tea (the expensive ones).

Cons

Avoid this place if you don't speak the language. They have a very rigid and strict time to come in and also to go out. If you are not used to this kind of situations, better not go.
