* Industry is in good shape * AOI is at good position in the industry * Training system is complete * Staff are very friendly * Promotion by clear defined 360 review system
Cons
* High tense since the rapid growth market * Low diversity especially high technical position since Physics and wafer related major are dominated by Asian which AOI needs. * Longer working time since the project-orientation culture * Too many training courses (almost once a week), hard to digest in short time.
