Great culture, but the pay structure needs to change
Pros
Great culture within the office and throughout the company nation-wide. Everyone watches out for each other and helps out. The leadership has great vision of where the company is going and it's easy to see how to improve both day-to-day, along with quarterly or yearly. The direction on what the job is and how to get it done is very clear too. Campaigns make sense and the company coordinates to reach our clientele. Overall, great WFH company that is making an impact within the AEC industry with some really innovative software solutions.
Cons
The pay structure needs to be improved. There have have several reps (SDR's, BDR's, and AE's) that have left simply because another company offered more on the comp plan. Even just in Colorado, the pay is not competitive. Most jobs in similar positions are offering at least 10K higher in just the base, let alone more depending on how it's structured. If this isn't addressed, then more great reps will leave for better paying jobs and that's just how it is right now. The compensation doesn't meet the culture that's portrayed.
