You will be expected to work over 60 hours a week to just meet expectations and don't expect any bonus or raise even if you do go above and beyond that. There is a monthly employee nominated recognition program but the sad truth is that the hardest working areas are so busy that they don't even have time to nominate each other. The employees who do get selected are always celebrated for having no work/life balance by the CEO.
