Pros

They encompass the entire human not just focusing on your title and book cover, they wish to know your story. They humanize you, provide diversity, career pathing from point of interview, educate and want nothing but success for you which in turn provides success for our clients.... The sales approach is simplistically brilliant and something any company that wishes to be successful in growth should adopt. They have given great thought to everything they do within the company.

Cons

Medical Benefits are not as robust compared to the industry for their employment size. The benefits package as a whole does offer significant coverage without a waiting period. The PTO package could also use a little improving, however it seems flexible in nature.

Pros

Work/Life balance has always been considered in my time here. Your peers are great to work with. Benefit packages are usually rather complete across the locales. In some locales, the HR support is excellent when requiring help leading people. Room for growth, and in some departments there has always been a well laid out career path as long as the leaders discuss with their employees.

Cons

There has been a significant culture shift this past decade. There had been a balance of business and the people, but more recently the focus has been changed to be strictly business. There has been an abnormal amount of churn in our executive leadership across the global company which has brought some fear into the company wondering who is next. Though I believe some attempts at trying to correct the "blame game" culture has been made, it is still quite prevalent rather than trying to work as a team little to no silos. The pay is typically below market across all locales and does not keep up with inflation.

Pros

While this is a large company (>2500 employees), the culture is fantastic! Great emphasis on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Cons

It's a big company, sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
