Pros

The management and executives really want to make this a great company and are open to implementing changes that will do that. There are great people working here and I really enjoy working with all of my co-workers.

Cons

There have been some growing pains over the last few years but they have done a better job recently making changes for the better.

Pros

Opportunity for growth. Many employees who work here have worked here for years. Also others find themselves coming back after trying opportunities elsewhere. That to me speaks for itself.

Cons

Salary was not as high as I had hoped. It is good for entry-level, but on the lower end IT intermediates.

Pros

I like the flexibility of hours. You get to choose your own schedule. I like the fact that they are more goal oriented rather than monitoring the clock. Health benefits are great with the option of FSA and child care accounts. Also like the ability of working from home when needed.

Cons

It took a while for me to get on board as the training program was very vague. Some departments have a good one but not mine!
