Pros
Since starting with Applied, I have been pleased with the culture of the company and the thoughtfulness of the CEO. I've been given merit raises and annual raises on a consistent basis. I feel I'm compensated well for the job I do. The company is always giving back to the community and charities on a consistent basis.
Cons
Regular praises are hard to come by unless it's a very big deal and are then communicated in a group setting.
