Growing pains of eliminating the small company mentality to a global firm; Historically behind in formal compensation tiers, HR business practices, employee engagement, management support - new focus in place to change this but progress has been slow; Departments continue to be challenged to stop working in silos

I found really good mentorship there; the people in my department were all very nice and I learned a lot.

There were quite a lot of growing pains in the organization while I was there that wasted a lot of time.

Hires recent grads with little or no experience.

Cons

Management is unwilling to embrace new technologies and methodologies. Unless you work on a development team for the flagship product, you are unlikely to see or work on object oriented applications. Record profits each year but salaries are stagnant.
