      Pretty nice place to get feet wet

      Pros

      Great benefits, outstanding people. In a short time I met a lot of the development team and everyone is very friendly. Relaxed environment

      Cons

      Training was a bit rough, things weren't well documented. I believe pay to be a bit under industry average, but it isn't located in the middle of chicago, and the benefits do carry some value

      Pros

      The number one reason to work here is that the people are great. Always willing to help and support you no matter what your challenge or question. Attention is paid to developing staff via formal training sessions well as mentoring. Also "brown bag" lunches and dojos run by the team. I belive these things account for the significantly low staff turn over.

      Cons

      Definitely getting better, but sometimes embracing new ideas and techniques has taken longer than it could. I think the current management team are working hard to address this.

      Promised one thing but given another

      Pros

      The people are very friendly and they have a very nice campus if you're willing to come out here. They also do free bagels on Tuesday.

      Cons

      Confusion. I was promised I would be trained but spend all day in my cube alone and not knowing what I'm suppose to be doing. I was told I would have a mentor but no one is willing to help me.
