I am very fortunate to be a part of this organization. Culture has changed since I first began and for the better! I am proud to be an Applied employee and encourage others to join our organization. I have made several referrals over the years and they have all stayed and been glad they joined us. Many people think that the grass is greener on the other side. I'm here to tell you, it isn't. Every company has it's ups and downs. Applied has many more ups than there are downs and for that I'm grateful. I look forward to coming to work. My relationships with my co-workers are friendships that will last a long time even past our days at Applied. We have a great story here.
