      Great co workers, ability to telecommute in most departments.

      Cons

      The same negative stuff everyone else said. No advancement - literally NONE Managers don't care about employees A lot of work with little compensation - need better raises Supervisors have no supervisor experience so they have no idea what they are doing. Favoritism gets you everywhere. Way too much micromanaging. Turnover is high which is why they are always looking to hire.

      Company is very laid back, but serious about its customers. It's a fun place to work, and keep you on your toes and challenged.

      You're not in the city, so you're not getting paid like you are.
