      Pros

      Innovative, flexible, open, diverse, strong product suite that fulfills industry needs. Not only do I enjoy my work and co-workers, I truly enjoy my clients.

      Cons

      The lines of upward mobility are not well defined in some areas. At times, communication is more complex than it needs to be. There are many areas and departments that have vastly different functions, and not a real strong sense of thoroughly disseminated communication across departments and the organization.
