      Flexible hours. Perks including discounts to local restaurants and local events, free bagels once a week, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

      Support is a hard job in general anywhere you work.

      Career advancement, solving difficult technical challenges on a daily basis, performing meaningful work, helping customers be successful.

      Cons

      Along with continued company growth can come infringement on personal time. However, that same effort can be rewarding from a career perspective.
