Current Staff and work life values. Insurance Benefits are very good.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Most staff don't complain because they have second jobs or second resource for income. Other Jobs keep staff from giving 110%

Great people to work with that are passionate about what they do. High attention to customer satisfaction, good work/life balance, above average office workspaces, good benefits.

Cons

As a development org, a good deal of pressure to meet date commitments even while scope is still being changed. Normal in development, but still something that not everyone can deal with well.
