      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere, good co-workers, low-stress, free bagels every Tuesday and popcorn every Friday (I know, really AWESOME benefits), location is great if you live nearby - you don't have to deal with any of the problems of the city.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, review period is only once a year, upper management sets unrealistic goals, insurance software is not the most interesting thing out there.

      Real attempts to clarify processes Birthday holiday and floating holidays that can be used whenever, encouraged to use all time earned Attempts to keep team cohesion regardless of location Attempts to set up a clear advancement process

      Record low staffing which means massive delays in work processes due to extremely low staffed departments. Hostile co-workers when requesting help Training and onboarding in some departments non-existent Account assignments with processes you won't know how to do. Procedures change completely sometimes month to month Advancement currently unclear
