      Pros

      Wonderful teams of co-workers who all seem to really care about the work they do and client satisfaction. It’s the people at Applied that have made it the successful tech company that it is. The flagship program is well designed and an industry favorite.

      Low pay compared to competition Micromanaging timesheets Lack of opportunity for advancement Expensive health coverage No stipend for remote office Employee well-being and mental health support is only given lip service

      Good place to learn... but not to build a career

      Pros

      -Good place to work just starting out. But note that the pay will more than likely be on the low side of the industry. -They have a good sense of Agile practices and effectively use Scrum.

      Cons

      -Diversity is seriously lacking in the Atlanta office. In an office of roughly 100 workers, the office had 6 African Americans which grossly and disproportionately represents the demographic makeup of Atlanta. -Senior management asks for transparency and then does nothing with the information. -Little to no support of development or furthering education (classes and certs)
