      Real attempts to clarify processes Birthday holiday and floating holidays that can be used whenever, encouraged to use all time earned Attempts to keep team cohesion regardless of location Attempts to set up a clear advancement process

      Cons

      Record low staffing which means massive delays in work processes due to extremely low staffed departments. Hostile co-workers when requesting help Training and onboarding in some departments non-existent Account assignments with processes you won't know how to do. Procedures change completely sometimes month to month Advancement currently unclear

      Great people, Get your birthday off

      Cons

      Low pay, Very little room for advancement. Great starter job in support but then get out. When trying to move to other departments felt like I was blocked at every turn. They started a career path mentorship through HR. When I went to HR to see what I could do about advancing they got back to me almost 3 months later.
