Decent training which they decided to spend hours daily on when they should’ve been in crisis mode during Covid.
Cons
I came there through an acquisition and watched as many employees that had been in a leadership role with the acquired company were quickly ousted, or so disgusted that they left in their own. I had four changes in my reporting manager in under six months. Senior level management was more concerned with shoving a CRM implementation down our throat then giving us the tools we needed to support our existing customers. I’ve never been put in a situation where I was thrown under the bus in such a public and obviously abusive manner. It was also difficult to sit through sales calls where opportunities were touted as massive victories by account executives who had only recently been transitioned the account. When you know that an opportunity took years to bring in and someone else is touted as the reason you lose credibility. .There are still some outstanding people that have remained but the organization is quickly hemorrhaging talent.
